I put out a mix thing I’ve been sitting on/messing with for a long little while. I’ve been keeping big playlists of specific kinds of music that mean specific things to me for a while, and I think it’s kind of a waste to not share them in some sort of way, now that so many people I admire put out mixes themselves. I think it’s an interesting way to see into an artist, to see what may influence or inspire them, and maybe you’ll feel that way listening to this. I dunno. But I’d like to do this more.
I was feeling a little down so I made a simple little remix of “Last Scene” by Supercar.
I still don’t know a lot about Logic Pro so it sounds bad, but I taught myself how to do sidechain compression, and I guess that’s okay.
Maki Sonomura doesn’t wanna wake up, ‘cause she’s happy here.
Persona wasn’t a great game, but Maki Sonomura was a good character and the coolest part of the whole thing.
Sketched in a bumpy car in my techo, whoops, I ain’t no artist
An instrumental cover of “Yeah!” by Usher, Lil Jon and Ludacris circa 2004.
I legitimately really like this song, whoops. Reblog if you like it.
Lyrics will only be performed live~*
